According to Latvian Motor TPL Insurance Law Motor TPL insurance policy is an insurance contract, which shall be concluded with regard to a vehicle registered in Latvia by the owner of the vehicle. The vehicle having such Motor TPL insurance policy is deemed to be insured, irrespective of the driver of the vehicle.
