Manager of the system is Motor Insurers Bureau of Latvia ( 9 Lomonosova Street, Riga, LV-1019, Latvia). Responsible for the accuracy (integrity) of the available data is the operator, who transfers the data to the system, while the manager shall ensure the timely restoration, correction or deletion of data, if it proves to be incomplete or inaccurate.

Under the "Personal Data Protection Law" Article 7 Paragraph 1 and Article 15 Part 1, you should only handle your own personal data. The rights of other natural persons to the protection of their personal data are governed by the aforementioned Law Article 6. Unlawful processing of natural person's data is prohibited and can cause liability under legislation of the Republic of Latvia.


Data applicants personal code:

Your personal code will be used to identify you and your operation in the system. Manager can transmit your personal identity to other members of the system, if it is needed for your personal data processing.
